Rental Policy
At EURL Electronic Space, we provide premium audio equipment rentals to ensure your events sound exceptional. Please review our rental policy before booking.
1. Rental Period

Rentals are charged on a per-day basis unless otherwise agreed.

The rental period starts on the confirmed pickup or delivery date and ends when the equipment is returned.

Extensions must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges.
2. Booking & Payment

A booking is only confirmed once payment is received.

Payments must be made in Euro (€) or US Dollar ($).

We accept bank transfers, credit cards, PayPal, and cash (where applicable).
3. Delivery & Setup

Equipment can be delivered and installed by our team, or picked up directly from our location.

Delivery fees may apply depending on distance and setup requirements.
4. Responsibilities of the Renter

The renter is responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery/pickup until its safe return.

Equipment must be used properly and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

Sub-renting or loaning equipment to third parties is not permitted without written approval.
5. Damage, Loss & Theft

Renters are financially responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rented equipment.

If equipment is returned damaged, repair or replacement costs will be charged.

In the event of malfunction not caused by misuse, our team will provide support or replacement when possible.
6. Returns & Late Fees

All equipment must be returned on or before the agreed date.

Late returns may incur additional daily rental charges.
7. Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start date may be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations within 48 hours may result in a cancellation fee.
8. Liability

EURL Electronic Space is not liable for any indirect damages, event disruptions, or losses resulting from the use or malfunction of rented equipment.
9. Governing Law
This policy follows the laws of France. Disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
