  • Rental deliveries are available within France and can be arranged internationally for larger events upon request.

  • Express Shipping – Faster delivery is available at an additional cost.

  • Rental Delivery & Setup – Our team can deliver, install, and collect equipment as part of your rental package (fees apply).


3. Delivery Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and service type.

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees in their country.


4. Order Tracking

  • All shipped purchases include a tracking number sent by email.

  • For rentals, delivery and collection times will be coordinated directly with our team.

  • For rentals, equipment must be available for pickup at the agreed date/time.
