Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between EURL Electronic Space (“Company”) and the Client (“Renter”), for the rental of professional audio equipment as specified in the rental order.

1. Rental Equipment

  • The Company agrees to rent the equipment listed in the rental order to the Renter.

  • All equipment remains the sole property of EURL Electronic Space.

2. Rental Period

  • The rental period begins on the start date and ends on the return date stated in the rental order.

  • Any extension must be approved in writing by the Company.

3. Rental Fees & Payment

  • The Renter agrees to pay all rental fees in Euro (€) or US Dollar ($) as specified in the invoice.

  • Full payment is required prior to delivery or pickup of the equipment, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late returns may result in additional daily charges.

4. Delivery & Return

  • The Company will deliver and/or set up equipment if agreed in advance, or the Renter may pick it up at the Company’s location.

  • The Renter must return all equipment in the same condition as received, on or before the agreed return date.

5. Responsibilities of the Renter

  • The Renter is responsible for the care, custody, and control of the rented equipment during the rental period.

  • The equipment must be used properly and only for its intended purpose.

  • The Renter may not sub-rent, loan, or transfer the equipment to another party without written consent.

6. Damage, Loss, or Theft

  • The Renter assumes full responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during the rental period.

  • Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the Renter.

  • The Renter must notify the Company immediately in case of damage or malfunction.

7. Liability & Indemnity

  • The Company is not liable for any indirect damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use or malfunction of the rented equipment.

  • The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims related to the use of the equipment.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start date may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of France, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
