Return & Refund Policy

At EURL Electronic Space, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality audio equipment and services. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a fair and transparent process.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase included.

  • Certain products are non-returnable, including:

    • Clearance or discounted items.

    • Special orders or customized products.

    • Consumable items (e.g., cables, accessories once unsealed).


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team at support@eurlelectronicspace.com within the 7-day window.

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return.

  3. Ship the product to the address provided by our team (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect).


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and issued using the same payment method and currency (Euro (€) or US Dollar ($)) used in the original transaction.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrectly supplied products.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be offered if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be provided instead.


5. Rental & Purchase Transactions

  • Rentals: Equipment rented from EURL Electronic Space must be returned in the same condition as delivered. No refunds are issued once the rental period begins. Damaged or missing items may result in additional charges.

  • Equipment Purchases (from customers): Once we purchase equipment from you, all transactions are final and non-refundable.


6. EU Consumer Rights

As a company based in France, we comply with European Union consumer protection laws. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under French or EU law.
